Villa Echium provides the extra service of a maid each day (except on Sundays)
at no extra cost. Cleaning of the apartments, change of linen, provision

We
accept Cash and Wire Transfers only. Despite that we do accept VISA
and MasterCard as a form of guarantee (20% of total). We do not normally
accept credit cards as a form of payment or deposit as this implies a fee
of 5% charged by the Visa and MasterCard agents on us over the total amount.
More info will be provided in our reply e-mails about what it is exactly
to guarantee the reservation as opposed to making a deposit or payment. |

Guarantee or deposit
requirements: depending on the season and the reservation request
we will petition a credit card guarantee or a cash/cheque deposit of between
20% and 50% of the total holiday amount prior to the arrival of the guest(s)
to the villa. Guest(s) can pay for the rest of their stay upon arrival.
Reservations remain on standby until the deposit or credit card guarantee
has been received. As soon as the deposit or credit card guarantee is
received the reservation will be confirmed definitively.

Upon
