• We recommend you book well in advance if you wish to rent the entire villa so as to avoid disappointment.
• A minimum seven days rental is required for the rentals of the entire villa
• For safety reasons (that is, since the swimming pool area does not have a child-safe fence or gate) we regret that we cannot accept reservations where the group or party comprises children younger than 12 years - especially for when the whole villa is rented out (unless the adult members of the party accept responsibility for the safety of any young child in their care and assure that they will keep children in adult care at all times).

• A 20% to 25% deposit will be required to guarantee reservations
