Quinta da Luz Villa: Facilities

• 3 double bedrooms of which one bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a common bathroom.
• Master bedroom has its own balcony
• Fully equipped and very spacious kitchen with its own breakfast table and six chairs
• Kitchen communicates to one of the balconies
• Common living and dining room. The dinning room is elegantly furnished with hand made indian rosewood furniture. Specially designed lights give the room a traditional victorian feel. The lounge has leather sofas and hand crafted side tables with gothic lamps. The living room area communicates via large patio doors to a large balcony with a table and chairs where the view is just breathtaking.
• Private swimming pool, purposefully built in a raised style (and not a sunken one - that is, in the ground) to be child safe. That is, consideration was taken in that children cannot fall into the pool if it is raised off the ground (see photo). The pool is cleaned on a daily basis and is tested.
• Shower and toilet by pool area
• Sun bathing area with comfortable beds
• Traditional barbecue with covered dinning area
• Parking space
• Cable television
• Full laundry and ironing service (please enquire on arrival for extra pricing of this service)
• Property is cleaned 2 days per week
• Upon arrival fresh fruit and home made wine will be supplied
• Linen is changed 1 time per week
• Rooms are provided with fresh towels supply for each day staying
• Traditional Madeiran barbecue can be arranged with with home made wine
