It enjoys a sunny disposition for most of the day and is also a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The property is easy to get to due to new roads that have been built recently. It has become very popular for locals to enjoy a weekend escape. New modern furniture, excellent kitchen utensils, appliances and equipment (even, a nice expresso machine) is available for guests to enjoy.
