The most important feature of this property is its excellent location relative to the centre of Funchal. It is located in an relatively quiet (at night) residential area with easy access to the centre by foot or by bus. The "Zona Velha" or old zone of Funchal with its bounty of high quality restaurants and the famous "Praia da Barreirinha" beach is just a stone's throw away.
