The luxury garden apartment with parquet flooring and rugs is situated in Garajau - the part of Santa Cruz closest to Funchal. Indeed it is a mere 10 minutes drive to Funchal's city centre. The apartment itself is aprt of the villa. Guests occupy the entire garden floor wile Tina (your hostess) resides on the top floor. The accommodation is close to the Dom Pedro Garajau hotel where guests can enjoy fresh water swimming pool facilities and hotel tennis courts (at a fee for usage of-course).

There are some very nice restaurants in walking distance, a modern well stocked mini supermarket, a bakery, and several convenience stores nearby. About 100 metres from the apartment there is a bus stop and a taxi rank.

The closest golf course is about 5 minutes driving away.
