If you wish to rent out the whole property for your PRIVATE use, this is possible. You will then have the whole property for your exclusive use and not share the pool with any other guests. There are three two-bedroomed Villas on the property and each one can accommodate up to 4 guests.The three Villas can accommodate 12 guests very comfortably.
Each Villa has its own private garden, terrace area and barbecue. The Villas are all fully equipped for you to have a comfortable stay and many Levada walks and the sandy Calheta beach and marina is a short drive away from this property. There is also free Wi-Fi internet access for all guests to use free of charge.
The property has its own private parking too, and all finishes are of a very high standard. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind from your daily routine…........
Each Villa has two Bedrooms, one bathroom, one lounge, a fully equipped Kitchen, a garden area and barbecue, with the exception of the Villa Bougainvillea that has an extra ensuite Bathroom too.
There is cable television and Wi-Fi internet available free of charge, a cleaning service once a week and towels and bed linen are provided too. There is also parking facilities available for all guests and a utility room which has a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities should you wish to use this.
