• The structure is divided into levels: the bottom floor as the entertainment area (shared with all guests), and the top floor - where the three separate studio apartments are located.
• The entertainment area has its own sitting area, pool table, darts board, mini-bar area, bathroom and several other pastime furnishings
• Barbecue facility available (see photos)
• Tennis court available - by prior request only
• Swimming pool sometimes available on adjoining property (Quinta Sabino) if not reserved exclusively for use by guests of that property. Important: this is not a guranteed facility and is available on a case by case basis depending on the occupants of the adjoining holiday property
• Double beds in all bedrooms
• Cable Television
• Kitchenette

• Cleaning and change of linen provided for

• All linen, blankets, and towels provided and changed at least once a week

• Sea access nearby (can be done by foot - but hills are steep!)
